WHEN?

 Recently, questions revolving or starting with when has consistently occupied my mind. 

My tribe wouldn’t be surprised because I have never been one to be satisfied with the present. I don’t know how many people feel this way, but I always feel there are mountains to conquer and pull down at every milestone.

Being an impatient person that value speed, when things seem Okay at people’s perception, I certainly feel so much time is being wasted and then my restlessness sets in.

It’s a common thought that those who want things faster and immediate seek short cuts which is synonymous with illegalities. I totally disagree with this, as I see immediate contentment as satisfaction with mediocrity.

Let’s face the questions of my heart,

When is the right time to leave where you are?

When should you disassociate yourself from that which seem okay but draws you back from the big step you need?

When  you feel your dream is caged, how do you set yourself free?

When is the right time to chase passion instead of money?

When passion doesn’t give you money, how far can you go?


The question goes on and on, but your answers can give a little light to a troubled mind.

    I've been asking myself the when question a lot recently.
    I don't seem to have the answers.
    Sometimes we just need to be patient and things will naturally take their course

    This reminds of a song "Asa-Questions". Our existence has always been based on questions and will forever be. The fact that we don't have answers to these questions is what drives us to do and want more. Our deepest fear mostly turns out to be our greatest motivation

    The realities of today you v employed mild words to depict. Your understanding of the misconceptions of get it legally n illegal. Relevant as the questions are our passions n choices in life brings each n everyone of us to answer of when.....

 It has really been a while in this space, despite having so many things to share, but as you know or may not know, I like money and have been busy thinking about it. 😂 Tonight is one of those moments I travel down memory lane and get so emotional. They are so many moments and I’ll keep sharing as the spirit leads because I hope someone gets encouraged. This night, I sent a job opening to my not so little brother and he replied with an image of him in his medical robe (a new job), and as usual, anytime I see him in one, I close my eyes for few seconds. BIRTH SCARS

 I just stepped out of the restroom, gisting, smiling while trying to fix my jean trouser and the next thing I heard was ‘why is your tummy like that’? I would have simply laughed it off or pretended not to have heard but something tugged at my heart. I felt pained. Maybe because I expected better from a fellow mother or a woman, but then, women’s problems are women themselves. I was about to explain when I was cut by another statement of how she has two kids and her tummy not as wrinkled as mine.😌 While trying to come up with excuses and justifications about my wrinkled stomach, I realized it wasn’t worth the stress of overthinking it. One, her two kids probably weighed lesser than mine, two, I survived the journey, yes, it was really a journey and most importantly I’m hoping to get more wrinkles.
